The Team at Comfy Campers are very excited. They have today acquired a new VW camper van.
Lilly is in fact a 1973 Type 2 VW Westfalia camper van. She is a sage green under white and has been called Lilly by her previous owners, based in Chipping Campden. Lilly is over 37 years old, making her tax exempt. Lilly is a traditional air-cooled Type 2 VW Westfalia campervan and is right-hand drive. Lilly is equipped with a ‘pop-up’ roof which is raised during camping. She seats & sleeps five.

Lilly needs a bit of work to bring her up to meet our high standards that our hirers expect from us. She is sound, with a years’ MOT, drives like a dream and has a little cosmetic rust in places. Lilly will be ready to hire from the 1st of July 2010. Just in time for the school summer holidays. Why not treat the Children to a week away in a retro VW camper van, something different for sure. In the meantime, Lilly is happily resting in her new home (garage) with her new VW campervan friends, who will no doubt fill her in on the many adventures that are to be had from a camper van holiday, in the expanding Comfy Campers fleet. Sunny has recently ferried the Bride and Grooms to their respective weddings!
